A second-generation Charleston attorney, Jenkins primarily represents contractors in new-build and renovation construction litigation. He has strong experience handling tort claims for the State of South Carolina, as well as experience handling mechanic’s liens. Jenkins’ current work ranges from single plaintiff to class action cases across the state. Coupled with his first-hand knowledge of the construction industry, Jenkins brings insightful counsel to Best Law clients both in and out of the courtroom.
